Wheat beer, cool and refreshing. Straw-yellow coloured, white foam and slightly persistent. On the nose an intense scent of exotic fruit and citrus like mandarin and grapefruit. Light body and delicate taste. This fresh and fruited bouquet is followed by a dry final, intensively hopped and delicately spicy. Best pair with raw or fried starters, marinated fish and shellfish.
