Golden yellow beer. Fermentation in oak barrels by Brettanomyces Lambicus and lactic bacteria. Characterized by pungent and wild notes, that remember a typical belgian Lambic. Moderately mineral acid flavor, well balanced with floral and funky hints. Refermented with elderflower syrup. Evolving product, suitable for aging.
